The total power of the machine is 6.6 kilowatts.

The single processing capacity is 30g - 500g (varies according to the size of the raw seeds and the particle size of the pellets).

The single processing time is about 30 minutes.

The single seed rate of the finished pellets can reach 99%.

1. The working principle of this machine is centrifugal granulation technology. It is equipped with a uniform and smooth pneumatic powder-discharging device and a precise liquid supply system with medical-grade peristaltic pumps, which perfectly achieves high-standard seed pelletization processing. This is also the core factor for achieving a 99% high seedling rate.

2. The entire machine operates under low-temperature conditions, with controllable drying temperature/time, and uses an electrically heated suspended dynamic drying method to ensure that the seed germination rate and activity are not affected.

3. The pelletization and drying equipment are fully equipped, with high cost-effectiveness, and are particularly suitable for small-scale farmers' self-use and research project units such as laboratories.

4. The entire machine is made of stainless steel, resistant to high temperatures and corrosion, with a long service life. It is also small in size, easy to operate, and simple to maintain. At the same time, it adopts the precise processing technology of a major factory in the south, with a distance of only 0.1-0.15 millimeters between the centrifugal disc and the barrel wall. Even though it is as small as tobacco seeds, it will not cause the disc to get stuck.
