In the field of agricultural planting, small seeds (such as those of vegetables, flowers, and some medicinal plants) have long been plagued by problems such as difficult sowing, uneven germination, and low utilization rates. The emergence of seed pelleting technology is like tailoring a "protective coat" specifically for these small seeds. Through scientific processes, it transforms small seeds into uniform-sized and regularly-shaped "pellets", completely solving the pain points of small seed planting and becoming an important technical means to promote efficient agricultural planting.
I. The Transformation from "Small Particles" to "Standard Pellets"
Seed pellet technology is not merely a simple "coating" process but a precisely regulated systematic technique. The core lies in the mechanical action combined with the use of auxiliary materials to enable small seeds to undergo a "standardized transformation".
To produce high-quality pellets, the first step is to ensure the quality of the seeds themselves. This is achieved by screening the seeds through multiple layers of sieves to remove empty, shriveled seeds, damaged seeds, as well as soil and impurities, retaining only plump and vigorous seeds.

The "coat" of the pellets is scientifically formulated with various excipients to firmly adhere the pellet powder to the surface of the seeds, ensuring that the pellets are not easily broken. Additionally, trace elements, slow-release fertilizers, or insecticides can be added according to planting needs, enabling the pellets not only to "take shape" but also to provide a "nutritious meal" for seed germination and offer early protection against pests and diseases.
Gradually coating the powder, allowing the seeds to "grow up slowly", is the core process of pelletization. After the seeds are poured into the equipment, the machine rotates at a low speed to evenly distribute the seeds. The seeds will gradually increase in size like a snowball until they reach the set size.

The freshly formed pellets contain a relatively high amount of moisture, making them prone to deformation and mold growth. They need to go through a drying process. We employ low-temperature pellet technology to ensure the seed's vitality and germination rate.
