Efficient process design: Seamless connection, zero redundant time consumption

Starting from the automatic loading of the trays, the equipment will follow the preset program to complete the automatic transportation and filling of the substrate - through precise feeding mechanisms, the substrate is evenly filled into each hole, and the filling error can be controlled within ±5%; then, the trays enter the drilling station, the high-speed rotating drill will, according to the size of the crop seeds, drill uniform planting holes of the same depth on the substrate in each hole; immediately after that, the precise seed sowing system will accurately sow the seeds into the holes according to the preset quantity (usually 1-2 seeds per hole), with an accuracy rate of over 98%; after sowing, the soil covering mechanism will quickly cover a thin layer of soil to ensure the environment required for seed germination; finally, the automatic watering system will precisely spray an appropriate amount of water according to the substrate humidity, providing sufficient water for seed germination.

The entire process does not require manual intervention, and each link is seamlessly connected, without any redundant or time-consuming steps.
