In traditional agriculture, the sowing process often relies heavily on manual labor, which is inefficient, costly, and results in uneven seedling growth, becoming the first bottleneck restricting production. IWhat is the roller seedling raising production line?

Simply put, it is an automated seedling raising equipment that integrates automatic soil filling, precise seeding, soil covering and watering. The core working principle lies in the "roller", a precisely designed seeding roller according to the specifications of the seedling tray. The roller is equipped with seed suction holes or type holes corresponding to the cells of the seedling tray.

When the equipment starts up, the entire assembly line works in coordination.

Substrate filling: The seedling trays are automatically conveyed to the workstation, where the substrate is evenly filled in by the soil spreader.

Hole pressing for shaping: By using a device to press out regular planting holes on the surface of the substrate, preparations are made for sowing.

Precision seeding (core process): As the drum rotates, it precisely grabs individual seeds from the seed box using negative pressure suction or mechanical means. When it rotates directly above the seedling tray, the seeds are precisely released into each corresponding seed hole.

Uniform soil covering & adequate watering: After sowing, the seedling trays continue to move forward, completing soil covering and even watering. Eventually, standardized seedling trays that can be directly sent to the germination room are output.
