The core working principle of the drum seedling machine can be summarized as follows: It uses negative pressure (vacuum) to adsorb seeds. Through the rotation of the drum, it completes the cycle of "seed suction - seed carrying - seed release", thereby precisely sowing individual seeds into each cell of the seedling tray.

The entire process is continuous and automated, achieving precise point-to-point transfer from seed trays to seedling trays.

Negative pressure suction and positive pressure blowing-off: This is the core technology for achieving precise seeding. The stability of vacuum degree directly determines the reliability of seed suction, while the precise timing of blowing-off ensures that seeds fall into the correct holes.

Synchronous motion control: The rotational speed of the drum and the forward speed of the seedling tray conveyor belt must be precisely synchronized to ensure that each time seeds are dispensed, the suction holes can accurately align with the holes on the seedling trays.

High-precision suction hole template: The diameter, spacing and arrangement of the suction holes need to be exactly matched with the size of the seeds and the specifications of the seedling trays used. Usually, a machine is equipped with multiple types of suction hole templates to accommodate different crops and seedling trays.
